Yesterday, Thalia marched up to me in the kitchen, holding up a phillips-head screwdriver that must have been lying around somewhere, and brandishing it like a sword.
“You know mommy – I can screw anything I want.”
I’m hoping that was her way of informing me that she had decided to go into politics.
Thalia ’16!
YIKES.
Oh wow!
LOL! I’ll vote for her! (Unless it would help you keep your sanity if I didn’t.) 😉
LOL! Kids say the darndest things…
I love your blog and often thought about leaving a comment but never have. I couldn’t let this one go by without one. This was hilarious. I love it! Team Thalia!
Thanks so much Gabriela! I’m on Team Thalia too. (Although hopefully the Thalia that doesn’t screw everything.)
Made me LOL at work! This is so funny, your daughter is adorable! 🙂
Brilliant!
Just make sure she always wears a grounding device.
HAHA! This post totally cracked me up! Thanks for sharing.
Weeeeeeellllll…..that’ll put hair on a mom’s chest!
Let’s hope she decides that just because she can, doesn’t mean she should! =)
Very cute story!
That’s hilarious!
